As we approach 2025, we are incredibly excited to launch a new look for Irish Pensions & Finance.

So why do this now?  This year saw many milestones for the company.  We reached €1bn in funds under management.  This was done organically through more than 30 years of hard work and dedication from the IPF team.  We now have over 28,000 customers entrusting us with 37,000 policies.   

Within IPF, we have close to 100 staff, which means we are about to open up another office space in Bracetown Business Park. 

Breaking down the IPF age range, over half of our staff are between the ages of 26-34 with females representing 56% of our workforce.

Another figure that makes us stand out in the industry is that 71% of our Senior Management team is female. 

We feel this fresh look we are launching reflects this exciting young dynamic. 

However, there is one thing that we won’t be changing.  Our commitment to providing first-class financial advice to our customers in both the public and private sectors. 

Every year we help hundreds of our customers through their retirement journey, and our dedication to making this journey as smooth as possible at every step of the way is something that we will never compromise on.
